About This Role

Job Title: Sales Administrator
Reporting To: Commercial Director
Location: Media City, Dubai
Working Hours: 48 hours per week / 5 days (aligned with UK timings)
Remuneration: Starting from AED 4,500, depending on experience

Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the UK Commercial team across all aspects of the customer experience, ensuring efficient operations and high levels of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure key account customer pricing files are consistently updated within CRM and external purchasing systems.
  • Support the procurement team with stock tool updates and adjustments.
  • Assist the commercial team in generating and analyzing various reports.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity through regular housekeeping, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, sales orders, and payment links.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the UK team as required.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all information and preferences are up to date.
  • Accurately maintain pricing and sales records.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams on stock forecasting and demand planning.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the order management process.
  • Develop a strong understanding of products and services to recommend solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Support Field Sales Managers with necessary administrative tasks.
  • Accurately record and process customer purchase orders.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports for the Sales team upon request.

Key Competencies

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably within FMCG or B2B sales.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, along with solid general computer skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely while supporting a UK-based team.
  • Proactive, flexible, and demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude.
