What you'll do
- **Campaign Management**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute sales campaigns to maximize market impact and revenue growth.
- **Budget Oversight and Analysis**
- Monitor campaign budgets, ensure accurate allocation, and provide financial analysis to optimize spending.
- **Promotion Performance Analysis**
- Track and evaluate promotional activities, generating reports to measure ROI and effectiveness.
- **Strategic Collaborations with Customers**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring alignment on promotional strategies and objectives.
- **KPI Management**
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to ensure sales targets and operational goals are met.
- What you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- + 2 years in sales administration, campaign management, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Nice if you have
- Experience in FMCG or electronics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and KPI dashboards.
- Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
