About This Role

Overview

:Key Responsibilities:

· Demonstrating product features and benefits, explaining how products meet client needs.

· Negotiating prices, contract terms, warranties, and closing sales deals.

· Maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business

· Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

· Identifying and reaching out to potential customers

· Presenting and demonstrating products or services

· Negotiating sales terms and closing deals

· Monitoring pricing strategies

· Maintaining relationships with existing clients

· Meeting sales targets and quotas

Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities

· Keeping up with industry trends and competitor activities

· Process incoming orders accurately, checking for correct product numbers, pricing, and quantities.

· Coordinate with the warehouse/production team to verify material availability and ensure on-time delivery schedules

· Arrange shipping and monitor deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Maintain sales records, generate daily/weekly sales reports, and manage CRM databases.

· Creating sales reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Exceptional verbal and written communication for presentations and negotiation.

· Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

· Highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant industry is often required.

·

Experience

in wholesale and private label.

· Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel, including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables) and CRM software and ERP system.
