Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role located in Riyadh. The Sales Account Manager will develop and manage client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and customer retention. Responsibilities include lead generation, building a strong sales pipeline, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align client requirements with tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure superior client experiences.
  • Account Management expertise to maintain long-term client relationships and drive retention.
  • Lead Generation skills to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Effective Communication abilities to present solutions clearly and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven sales acumen with experience in achieving sales targets and developing strategic plans.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, security solutions, or smart building technologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
