Job Description
§ Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team.
This role involves managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, account management, and business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
§ Key Responsibilities:
1. Account Management
· Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
2. Sales Development
· Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
· Actively pursue and close new sales opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
3. Client Strategy
· Collaborate with clients to create account strategies and achieve mutual goals.
· Provide insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Performance Monitoring
· Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, such as revenue growth, client retention, and upselling.
· Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and account performance.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
· Provide feedback from clients to support product or service improvements.
6. Market Research
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
· Use market intelligence to identify opportunities for client growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and make strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
