Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Advisor.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student admissions, education sales, academic administration, and the day-to-day operations of the institute.
This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth student journey while maintaining compliance with DHA, KHDA, and awarding body requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student admissions and enrollment process
- Drive education sales and achieve intake targets
- Coordinate with educators on schedules, assessments, and operations
- Oversee student records, attendance, and academic administration
- Prepare reports and track operational performance
- Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent student experience
Requirements
- Experience in education operations, admissions, or academic administration
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Experience in beauty education or regulated training environment is an advantage
