About the Role
We are looking for an active and confident Field Sales / Business Development Executive to expand the Dubai premium barber market for our men’s fragrance brand, Maurizio Canale.
This is a practical, field-based role focused on direct outreach to premium barber shops, salons, and men’s grooming locations across Dubai.
If results are successful during the 3-month test period, a full-time opportunity may be offered from September.
Main Responsibilities
- Visit premium barber shops and men’s grooming locations across Dubai
- Present and introduce the Maurizio Canale fragrance line
- Place testers and small product stock on a consignment or B2B basis
- Build relationships with barber shop owners and managers
- Collect market feedback regarding pricing, packaging, product appeal, and sales potential
- Maintain clear reporting of: visited locations, decision makers, responses, follow-up dates,and sales progress
- Target activation of 15–25 barber shops during the testing period
Requirements
- Previous experience in: field sales, business development, beauty, grooming, barber shops, salons, perfumes, or luxury retail
- Confident approaching business owners and managers directly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English communication skills
- Arabic or Russian language is a plus
- Presentable, professional, and persuasive personality
- Existing barber shop or salon contacts in Dubai is an advantage
- Able to travel daily for field visits and provide clear reports
Compensation
- Fixed monthly salary: AED 3,000–5,000
- Sales commission: 8–12%
- Bonus per active barber shop: AED 150–250
- (applicable only when tester placement and minimum stock are accepted)
Employment Type
Temporary 3-month contract with potential full-time opportunity based on performance.
