Food preparation
- Prepare fresh salads, sandwiches, wraps, and cold food items according to company recipes and menu standards.
- Wash, peel, cut, slice, and portion vegetables, fruits, cheese, meats, and other ingredients.
- Prepare dressings, sauces, fillings, and garnishes as required.
- Ensure all items meet standards for taste, freshness, portion size, and presentation.
Kitchen operations
- Maintain personal hygiene, food safety, and kitchen sanitation standards; follow HACCP guidelines and temperature-control procedures.
- Keep the preparation area clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Monitor ingredient levels and inform the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor about shortages.
- Prepare food according to daily production plans and customer requirements; ensure timely preparation and replenishment during service hours.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
