Assist the Camp Boss with the day-to-day operations of staff accommodation.
Accommodation operations and upkeep
- Ensure camp premises, rooms, kitchens, dining areas, washrooms, and common facilities are clean, safe, and maintained.
- Monitor room allocation, staff occupancy, bed capacity, and accommodation arrangements.
- Ensure employees follow camp rules, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor cleaning activities and coordinate housekeeping staff to maintain hygiene and sanitation.
- Report maintenance issues, pest-control requirements, and hygiene concerns to the relevant department.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and cleanliness of surrounding areas.
- Assist with employee complaints and accommodation-related concerns.
- Maintain discipline among camp residents and report misconduct to the Camp Boss.

- Work is in person.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.
