Oversee hotel safety and security operations, ensuring guests, staff, and property are safe and secure.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the safety and security team, manage scheduling, and ensure readiness for emergencies.
- Oversee daily security operations, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and execute emergency protocols, lead incident response, and coordinate with emergency services.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and hotel standards through regular audits and inspections.
- Deliver safety training and drills; investigate incidents, compile reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with internal departments and external agencies to maintain a coordinated safety strategy.
Minimum qualifications
- Proven safety and security management experience; hospitality experience is preferred.
- Leadership skills and experience managing and training teams.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, emergency planning, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Relevant certifications in safety management, first aid, CPR, and fire safety.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
