IIQAF Group is seeking a vigilant and experienced **Safety Officer (HSE Officer) in Abu Dhabi** to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across construction sites.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **HSE management, site safety inspections, risk assessment, accident prevention, and UAE construction safety standards**.

- Implement and monitor **Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies** on construction sites
- Conduct regular **site safety inspections and risk assessments**
- Ensure compliance with **UAE safety regulations and construction standards**
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss reports
- Conduct **toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions** for site workers
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective preventive actions
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers
- Ensure proper use of **PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)**
- Promote a strong safety culture across all construction activities

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in **Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field**
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of **UAE construction safety laws and regulations**
- Experience in site safety audits and risk management
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively
- UAE construction experience preferred
