Codes Construction LLC is hiring a Safety Officer for a full-time role in Dubai.
The role calls for at least 2 years of UAE experience and knowledge of site safety and HSE procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and UAE safety requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.
- Monitor PPE use and safe working practices.
- Prepare and maintain safety reports and documentation.
- Assist with risk assessments and method statement reviews.
- Report and follow up on unsafe conditions and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site teams to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with incident and accident reporting and investigations when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Safety Officer.
- A relevant Safety/HSE qualification or certification.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of site safety procedures.
Preferred qualifications and availability
- Construction or MEP experience is preferred.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification is preferred.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and immediate joiners are preferred.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai.
