Manage the effective control and distribution of documents related to MEP works.
Experience and education
- At least 2 years of UAE MEP construction experience.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately.
Required skills
- Familiarity with technical submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and material approvals.
- Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Document control duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing documentation; file, archive, and maintain retrievable records.
- Track approvals, revisions, and distribution; coordinate with MEP engineers, consultants, and contractors.
- Maintain logs of drawings, submittals, RFIs, and material submissions; support QA/QC teams with current documentation.
Pay
- AED 3,000–5,000 per month.
