The role is an MEP Coordination Draughtsman position in the UAE MEP construction field.
Experience and skills
- At least 3 years of experience in MEP construction in the UAE.
- Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and ELV systems design and implementation.
- Familiarity with building codes, standards such as ASHRAE, NEC, and IPC, and regulations.
Coordination duties
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
- Work with site engineers and contractors to align designs with site conditions.
- Check that MEP designs meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Lead coordination meetings and technical workshops, and proactively resolve design or coordination issues.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time position paying AED 6,000–9,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
