Role Description
The SaaS Channel Partner Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic channel partners across the region.
In this position, the manager identifies, recruits, and onboards new channel partners, while strengthening relationships with existing partners to expand Worktual AI’s market presence.
Day-to-day activities include developing joint business plans, coordinating go-to-market initiatives, monitoring sales performance, and enabling partners with training, sales tools, and product knowledge.
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams such as product, marketing, and customer success to ensure channel partners are supported and aligned with Worktual AI’s commercial and technical strategy.
The manager will track pipeline, forecast partner-led opportunities, and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Demonstrated 4+ years experience in Channel Partners and Channel Sales, particularly within SaaS or enterprise technology environments within the UAE.
- Proficiency in Business Planning, including joint go-to-market strategies, revenue forecasting, and partner performance analysis.
- Strong Account Management and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets through indirect or partner-led models.
- Background in B2B sales for AI, cloud, or software solutions, with the ability to articulate technical value propositions in business terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with cultural awareness and experience working in diverse markets.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai and travel as needed to engage partners and clients within the region.
- Adequately qualified in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools, along with strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategy.
