Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) - B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale B2B sales strategy for Worktual AI in Dubai and the broader UAE market.
- Identify, develop, and close high-value enterprise deals across industries.
- Leverage existing relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in the IT ecosystem.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles for SaaS products, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team over time.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, channel partners, and system integrators.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
Key Requirements
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in SaaS or IT solutions.
- Proven track record of selling in the Dubai/UAE market.
- Strong network of enterprise clients, CXOs, and decision-makers in the region.
- Experience handling large deal sizes and long sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales teams.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a SaaS product company.
- Experience in sectors like Real Estate, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Enterprise IT in UAE.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification.
- Familiarity with the Dubai technology and startup ecosystem.
