Role Description

The Head of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for leading Worktual AI’s sales strategy and execution for the UAE and GCC market.

This role oversees the end-to-end sales cycle, including market development, pipeline building, opportunity qualification, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.

The Head of Sales manages and mentors a sales team, sets performance targets, and ensures consistent account management practices that drive growth and long-term client relationships.

Day-to-day activities include engaging with senior stakeholders at prospective and existing clients, collaborating with product, marketing, and delivery teams to shape AI solutions, and using data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and forecasts.

The role also involves representing Worktual AI at industry events, staying current on regional market trends, and continuously improving sales processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess strong SaaS Sales and Sales Management skills to drive regional growth, lead complex deal cycles, and oversee revenue forecasting.
  • Candidates should possess Account Management skills to build trusted relationships, manage key accounts, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Candidates should possess Team Management skills to recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team aligned with company objectives.
  • Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, segment markets, assess performance, and inform strategic decisions.
  • 10+ years Experience in B2B in SaaS technology or AI-related solutions, particularly in the UAE or broader Middle East region, is essential.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a leadership role, with strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and delivery, and to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
