Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Copilot solutions in Microsoft 365 applications including Power BI, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Create conversational AI experiences and intelligent agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio to streamline workflows and automate tasks.
• Integrate Copilot capabilities with business systems through REST APIs, custom connectors, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify high-impact use cases, and create technical specifications.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to enhance Copilot functionality.
• Test, validate, and monitor deployed AI agents for performance and accuracy.
• Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, governance, and compliance standards.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and documentation for end-user adoption of Copilot features.

Required Qualifications

• Candidates should have at least 2–3 years of software development experience focused on Microsoft AI, Power BI, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, statistics, or a related field is required.
• Candidates need analytical and strategic thinking to identify AI integration opportunities and develop AI strategy frameworks.
• Expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and deep learning, is required.
• Candidates need strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP services for scaled AI and analytics solutions is required.
• Candidates need working knowledge of LLMs, machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and the AI and analytics lifecycle.

Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, large language models, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, such as Azure OpenAI.
• Experience building and managing connectors and integrations using REST APIs.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Desirable Qualifications

• Client-facing or technical consultancy experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable.
• Microsoft certifications related to AI, Azure, or Microsoft 365 are desirable.
• Experience with AI-driven development tools such as GitHub Copilot is desirable.
