Tasks
- Handle travel inquiries and reservations for clients, ensuring all details are accurate and meet customer expectations.
- Communicate effectively with Russian -speaking customers to provide exceptional service and address any specific travel needs.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers to secure the best possible arrangements for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and destination information to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to bookings or travel arrangements in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in ticketing and reservation within the travel industry.
- Proficiency with global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
