RTLS Business Analyst role with Civica, based in Winnipeg, Canada.

Travel is approximately 5–25%, including client-site visits, conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain RTLS implementation documents, such as workbooks, device placement plans, discovery questionnaires, network and wiring diagrams, interface specifications, alarm workflows, and commissioning and test metrics.
- Gather and document client requirements through questionnaires, user-group discovery sessions, and workshops.
- Create RTLS designs and secure client acceptance of device placements, maps, workflows, use cases, customizations, and configuration.
- Coordinate with third-party contractors and provide updated plans and change briefings.
- Visit clients to gather requirements, deliver training, lead discovery, and assist with RTLS testing and commissioning.
- Support integrations, configurations, testing, training, user adoption, and continuous improvement with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience designing, supporting, or implementing RTLS technologies.
- Experience with networking equipment, low-voltage wiring and termination, relay boards, security or camera systems, and related hardware/software interfaces.
- Interface experience includes TCP/IP, TAP, HL7, XML, HTML, and Active Directory.
- Experience creating technical designs, schematics, workflows, and flowcharts using Microsoft Visio or CAD.
- Direct clinical experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, care home, or other healthcare setting is a significant asset.
