GTM Analyst

Role overview

What you’ll do

• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in GTM data and turn them into actionable commercial insights.
• Own and develop dashboards and reporting that give Sales and GTM leaders a clear view of performance.
• Investigate performance drivers, opportunities, and risks beyond routine reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis of sales performance, productivity, targets, compensation, and GTM effectiveness.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and GTM stakeholders to understand data needs and inform decisions.
• Help ensure GTM reporting and compensation data is accurate, reliable, and trusted.
• Support design, modeling, and ongoing analysis of internal and external market data.

Experience and skills

• Strong analytical and numerical skills and confidence working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience analyzing sales performance, commission, incentives, or compensation plans.
• Strong Excel skills, including modeling and scenario analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards and communicating meaningful insights from complex data.
• Commercial curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work at pace and balance recurring reporting with ad hoc analysis.
