We are seeking a dedicated and professional Royal Service and Reservations Agent to join our prestigious team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences. Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with the utmost professionalism and courtesy Manage reservations for accommodations, dining, and special events, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Provide comprehensive information about our facilities, services, and local attractions Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized recommendations and solutions Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptly Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property offerings, promotions, and local events Uphold the highest standards of customer service excellence at all times
