Qualifications
- Previous experience in Front Office, Rooms Control or Reservations within a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
- Strong understanding of room inventory, allocation and Front Office operations.
- Experience working with a hotel Property Management System (PMS); Opera experience is an advantage.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across operational departments.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment, particularly during high occupancy and peak arrival periods.
- Strong guest focus with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve operational challenges proactively.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
