The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene standards in guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to company standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities.
- Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and public areas as assigned.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment and supplies are used safely and properly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests when required.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
& Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
