The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities.
- Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Report maintenance issues and lost & found items.
- Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are organized.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas.
- Work closely with supervisors and other team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a hotel is preferred.
- Good understanding of housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
