We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards and procedures.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest amenities.
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and sanitize surfaces.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and damaged property.
- Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are organized and stocked.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide courteous service.
- Assist with cleaning public areas when required.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic communication skills .
