The Global Advisory team advises clients on strategic M&A and financing solutions.
The role supports growth of the Saudi business and works across a single Middle Eastern platform with the Dubai and Riyadh offices.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple transactions and teams from client development and opportunity evaluation through strategy and execution.
- Build and maintain financial models and use DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables, and LBO valuations.
- Prepare client presentations, information memoranda, offering documents, and other marketing or transaction materials.
- Work on ECM transactions, including IPOs; identify business opportunities and ideas that advance client objectives.
- Coordinate transaction activities with internal teams and other advisers, and research relevant industries.
- Supervise junior team members.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher; Chartered Accountant or CFA qualification preferred.
- Previous similar experience in financial advisory or banking, including ECM experience.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, financial modeling and valuation capability, and deep understanding of financial statement analysis.
- Arabic speaking and reading skills and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Able to lead client presentations, manage projects and transaction execution, and build long-term client relationships.
- Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, provide team direction, and work effectively across geographies.
- Knowledge of financial and regulatory environments surrounding M&A; commitment to ongoing development.
