Job Overview

  • Looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join the team and support day to day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute day to day HR operations activities.
  • Handle and maintain government platforms and portals (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and others).
  • Prepare, renew, and maintain employee contracts and records.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage disciplinary actions, warnings, and employee violations.
  • Issue HR letters, certificates, and employment related documents.
  • Support onboarding, employee transfers, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
