- Prepare and submit material submittals in accordance with project procedures
- Verify compliance of products against project specifications, IFC drawings, contract requirements, and international standards
- Review technical data sheets, catalogues, certificates, test reports, UL/FM listings, and manufacturer documentation
- Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, consultants, and project teams to obtain required technical documents and approvals
- Track the status of material submittals and maintain accurate submission logs to ensure timely approvals
- Respond to consultant comments and revise submittals as required
- Manage material samples, catalogs, certificates, and manufacturer documentation
- Work closely with site engineers to ensure only approved materials were delivered and installed
- Maintain document control for all approved and pending material submittals
- Assist in resolving technical issues related to material selection and approval
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- 5+ years' experience in material submittals for building or infrastructure projects
- Experience with consultant approval processes
- Strong knowledge of international engineering standards

Job Description
- We are looking for (Material Submittal Engineer) With 5 10 Years of experience.
Job Description
- Prepare and submit material submittals in accordance with project procedures.
- Verify compliance of products against: Project specifications, IFC drawings, Contract requirements, International standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, BS, ASTM, UL, FM, SASO, etc.)
- Review technical data sheets, catalogues, certificates, test reports, UL/FM listings, and manufacturer documentation.
- Coordinated with procurement, suppliers, consultants, and project teams to obtain required technical documents and approvals.
- Tracked the status of material submittals and maintained accurate submission logs to ensure timely approvals.
- Responded to consultant comments and revised submittals as required.
- Verified compliance with local and international standards, codes, and project specifications.
- Managed material samples, catalogs, certificates, and manufacturer documentation.
- Worked closely with site engineers to ensure only approved materials were delivered and installed.
- Maintained document control for all approved and pending material submittals.
