The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be the face of Al-Falah Motors, responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing journey, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle while maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Identify and analyze customer requirements to recommend the best models and specifications.
Product Expertise: Conduct professional demonstrations and provide detailed explanations of vehicle features.
Sales Pipeline: Proactively manage leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
Financing & Logistics: Coordinate with banks and financing companies for lease/loan approvals and liaise with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
Documentation: Prepare accurate quotations, contracts, and sales reports in compliance with company policies.
Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to marketing events and exhibitions.
Education
Minimum of a High School Diploma (Higher education preferred).
Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional hospitality skills and the ability to build immediate rapport with clients.
Collaboration: A team-oriented mindset with a professional attitude toward colleagues.
Operational Agility: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges and prioritize tasks under pressure.
Adaptability: A proactive approach to learning and a drive to suggest improvements for sales processes.

المسؤوليات
تحديد احتياجات العملاء ومطابقتها مع الموديلات والمواصفات المتوفرة
عرض وشرح مزايا السيارات
إعداد عروض الاسعار والعقود وفق سياسات الشركة
متابعة إجراءات التمويل أو التأجير مع البنوك وشركات التمويل
إتمام الصفقات وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية
التواصل مع العملاء المحتملين ومتابعة فرص البيع
المشاركة في الحملات الترويجية والمعارض لدعم المبيعات من خلال العملاء
اعداد اي تقارير تخص المبيعات بحسب طلب الادارة والمبادرة في كل مايحسن البيع
التنسيق مع اصحاب العلاقة لضمان تسليم السيارات بالوقت المحدد

ثانوية عامة او اعلى
المهارات الشخصية
حسن استقبال العملاء
حسن التعامل والتعاون مع زملاء العمل
القدرة على التعامل مع مشكلات العمل وإقفالها وفق الصلاحيات الممنوحة والقدرة على التعامل مع المشاكل غير المتوقعة
القدرة على تحديد اوليات المهام وإدارة الوقت
