Job Purpose

Duties

• and Responsibilities
• Photograph the Group’s residential and commercial properties.
• Capture projects, events, meetings, and various company activities.
• Edit and enhance photos using professional design and image-editing software.
• Produce short-form and long-form videos for:
• Social media platforms.
• Advertising campaigns.
• Company websites.
• Corporate presentations.
• Perform video editing and post-production, including visual effects, titles, and captions.
• Design simple visual materials that support marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistency with the Group’s visual identity across all visual content.
• Organize, manage, and archive company photos and video assets.
• Continuously suggest creative ideas for visual content.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department and other departments to fulfill media and marketing requirements.
• Cover project launches, company events, and corporate activities.

Qualifications

• and Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Media, Graphic Design, Visual Production, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in photography and visual content production.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
• Experience in real estate photography and property marketing is preferred.

Required SkillsPhotography

• Professional photography skills.
• Professional videography skills.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and camera techniques.
• Ability to photograph both interior and exterior property spaces.

Design

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to professionally retouch and enhance images.
• Ability to create simple marketing-related visual designs.

Video Editing

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent software.
• Ability to perform professional video editing and post-production.
• Experience adding captions, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Ability to export videos optimized for different digital platforms.

Personal Skills

• Strong creative mindset and ability to generate new ideas.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site and travel between company properties and locations.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and perform under pressure.
