Leasing Specialist
to join our team and contribute to managing and executing leasing operations for the Group’s real estate units and assets.
We are looking for a professional with experience in real estate leasing and tenant relationship management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to efficiently manage leasing activities with a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Market available real estate units and assets for lease.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding available properties.
- Conduct property viewings and coordinate with prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and finalize leasing transactions in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
- Prepare, process, and follow up on lease agreements and related documentation.
- Manage lease renewals and associated administrative procedures.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with tenants while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor vacancies and actively work to minimize unit downtime.
- Prepare periodic leasing and occupancy reports.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to tenants.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate leasing.
- Good knowledge of leasing procedures and lease agreements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve operational and commercial targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the real estate market and is capable of managing the entire leasing cycle, from marketing available units and conducting viewings to executing lease agreements and maintaining tenant relationships.
