Strengthen FCC’s enterprise risk reporting by collaborating with risk management partners, including senior leaders.
Produce clear reporting and insights that influence business decisions.
What you’ll do
- Translate business practices and information into meaningful risk reports with stakeholders and partners.
- Support and advise on enterprise risk reporting, including the Top & Emerging risk program and quarterly reports.
- Guide business partners on reporting expectations, governance, and the roles of the three lines of defence.
- Research and analyze industry practices to advance risk reporting.
- Develop and maintain reporting processes, methodologies, and tools, and coach others on their effective use.
- Prepare accurate, concise reports for management committees and the Board of Directors.
Required qualifications
- Degree in economics, business administration, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in risk management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive enterprise risk management knowledge, including risk reporting.
- Experience developing reporting tools and working with industry standards and frameworks.
- English language required.
Preferred qualifications
- Risk management, finance, or accounting certification such as CPA, CRM, or CRMP.
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of corporate insurance and artificial intelligence, including internal, external, and vendor use.
Compensation
- Salary range is CAD 94,620 to CAD 128,020, with eligibility for a performance-based incentive.

- Hybrid work options are offered.
