Full-time Rigging Supervisor position with Greenland Group in Saudi Arabia.
Supervise rigging and lifting activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all rigging and lifting activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Lead and coordinate Rigger I personnel, crane operators, and lifting crews.
- Verify lifting plans, load calculations, and proper selection of lifting equipment.
- Inspect slings, shackles, wire ropes, hooks, and other rigging gear before use.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, permit-to-work procedures, and client safety standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and monitor daily lifting operations.
- Report work progress, equipment status, and coordinate with site engineers and QA/QC teams.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-10 years.
- Skills: hoists, site supervision, stage rigging, rigging, subcontractor supervision, construction supervision, crane operation, rope rescue, overhead cranes.
