The Greenhouse Operation Supervisor oversees daily operations in high-tech, controlled-environment greenhouses.
The role manages labor and ensures efficient production of vegetable crops with consistent quality and yield.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily greenhouse operations for main vegetable crops i.e. tomato, strawberry, pepper, lettuce, and cucumber.
- Organize and supervise daily tasks for greenhouse workers and labor teams.
- Manage hydroponic, irrigation and fertigation programs according to crop type and growth stage.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and biosecurity standards.
- Maintain daily operational records and production reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and supply teams.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years.
- Education: bachelor of science in agriculture.
- Skills: greenhouse operations, greenhouse management, plant management, greenhouse, horticulture, agricultural operations, crop management, site supervision, vegetable gardening, master gardener.
