Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **ADNOC-approved Rigger Level 3** to perform and supervise rigging activities for lifting operations.
The role involves executing complex lifts, guiding lifting teams, and ensuring all rigging work complies with ADNOC safety standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform rigging activities for routine and complex lifting operations.
- Interpret lifting plans, load charts, and rigging drawings.
- Select appropriate lifting gear (slings, shackles, hooks, etc.).
- Inspect all rigging equipment before use and ensure valid certification.
- Guide crane operators using standard hand signals or radio communication.
- Ensure loads are properly secured, balanced, and controlled.
- Supervise and mentor junior riggers (Level 1 & 2).
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure team awareness of lifting risks.
- Maintain clear communication with Lifting Supervisor and team members.
- Follow ADNOC HSE procedures and stop unsafe activities when required.
Requirements
- ADNOC-approved Rigger Level 3 certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years of rigging experience, preferably in oil & gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, lifting gear, and load calculations.
- Ability to handle complex and critical lifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Secondary school or technical training (preferred).
- Valid Rigger Level 3 certification (ADNOC approved).
- Additional safety certifications are an advantage.
