SAP ERP Data Entry Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP ERP Data Entry Executive who has hands-on experience with SAP ERP and a good understanding of business processes related to Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders, and Job Cards.

The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within SAP modules while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Enter and maintain data accurately in SAP ERP modules.

Create, update, and process Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders, and Job Cards in SAP.

Verify data accuracy and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.

Coordinate with procurement, sales, operations, and finance teams for data validation.

Monitor and track order status, material movements, and job progress within SAP.

Generate reports and extract data from SAP as required by management.

Maintain proper documentation and records related to SAP transactions.

Identify and report discrepancies, errors, or missing information.

Ensure compliance with company policies and ERP data management procedures.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with SAP ERP systems.

Good knowledge of SAP modules related to procurement, sales, and operations.

Understanding of:

Material Management processes

Ability to enter and manage data accurately within SAP.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Knowledge of inventory management and operational workflows.
