Job Responsibilities
- Inspect and prepare lifting equipment before operations
- Attach loads to cranes and lifting devices safely using slings, chains, and hooks
- Guide crane operators using standard hand signals and communication methods
- Ensure loads are properly balanced and secured before lifting
- Assist in loading, unloading, and moving heavy materials at the site
- Follow lifting plans and safety procedures at all times
- Check lifting gear and report any damages or defects
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Coordinate with supervisors, crane operators, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and UAE regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Rigger in construction or industrial projects
- Knowledge of lifting tools and rigging equipment
- Familiarity with safety standards and lifting operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Rigger certification will be an advantage
