Role overview
Supports lifting operations at construction sites.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and prepare lifting equipment, slings, shackles, and accessories.
- Signal and guide crane operators during lifting operations.
- Secure loads safely and ensure proper weight distribution.
- Report defects and unsafe conditions immediately.
- Follow site safety procedures and company HSE policies.
- Assist in planning and coordinating lifting activities.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Rigger in construction.
- Strong knowledge of lifting operations and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with crane operators and the site team.
- Be physically fit and able to work outdoors at a site.
Pay
- AED 1,200–2,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
