Part-time, hybrid Revenue Operations Manager role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility to work from home for part of the schedule.
Oversees revenue-related processes across training services, certificate services, and other offerings.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate revenue tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and analyze revenue performance.
- Coordinate internal teams to align sales, operations, and finance activities.
- Develop and refine procedures; implement tools or dashboards for revenue analysis.
- Give leadership data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise team members, support clear communication and internal policy compliance, and promote consistent customer-centric service.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management skills, including process streamlining and cross-functional workflow coordination.
- Proven ability to guide, support, and hold team members accountable for performance and quality.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, developing insights, building forecasts, and supporting evidence-based decisions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in revenue operations, business operations, or related roles in services, training, or SME support environments is beneficial.
- Ability to manage priorities independently in a hybrid setting and stay aligned with on-site teams in Abu Dhabi.
- Familiarity with basic financial concepts, revenue reporting, and CRM or operational tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
