The company seeks an experienced, results-driven Revenue Manager for its Dubai holiday-home portfolio.
The role aims to maximize revenue, optimize occupancy, and improve financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, average daily rate, and revenue per available room.
- Manage daily pricing, rate adjustments, and inventory across multiple properties.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, demand patterns, and seasonal changes.
- Optimize listings and availability on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and other OTA platforms.
- Analyze booking pace, pickup reports, cancellations, and market performance for revenue opportunities.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Work with Operations, Reservations, Marketing, and Guest Relations to meet revenue targets.
- Improve pricing, profitability, and distribution channel performance; monitor KPIs and recommend data-driven growth actions.
Requirements
- Mandatory proven Revenue Manager experience in holiday homes, vacation rentals, or short-term rentals; 2 years of Revenue Manager experience required.
- Strong understanding of dynamic pricing, yield management, demand forecasting, and the Dubai holiday homes market.
- Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA channels; knowledge of RMS, PMS, and channel managers.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills; analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and deliver measurable results.
Pay
- AED 5,000–7,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Relocation
Reliable commuting to Dubai or plans to relocate before starting are preferred.
