Role Purpose

The Revenue Management Specialist will lead the development of the company’s analytics and insights function, acting as a key driver of business performance and commercial decision-making.

This role goes beyond reporting — it focuses on translating data into actionable insights, identifying growth opportunities, and influencing cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and delivery platforms.

The position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening the company’s performance across all sales channels, particularly delivery.

Business & Sales Performance Analysis

  • Own and analyze key business performance metrics including sales trends, order volume, and customer behavior.
  • Identify key drivers of performance (traffic, conversion, basket size) and highlight actionable insights.
  • Move beyond reporting by proactively identifying issues and opportunities.
  • Provide clear, structured recommendations to support decision-making by leadership.

Delivery Business Management & Optimization

  • Monitor and evaluate performance across delivery platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, etc.)
  • Analyze the full customer funnel including visibility, conversion, order value, and cancellations.
  • Identify and recommend improvements in:
  • · menu performance and assortment.
  • · pricing and promotional effectiveness.
  • · platform visibility and ranking.
  • Work closely with operations teams to highlight performance gaps (e.g., availability, cancellations, service issues).
  • Support the development of platform-specific growth strategies.
  • Review and assess commercial terms and contracts with delivery platforms, highlighting risks and improvement areas.
  • Act as the key liaison between the company and delivery platforms for performance discussions, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization.

Marketing Analytics & Insights

  • Evaluate campaign and promotion performance across channels.
  • Identify what drives customer acquisition, retention, and repeat behavior.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Support targeting, segmentation, and promotional strategy using data insights.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
  • Improve reporting structures to focus on actionable insights rather than data output.
  • Drive enhancements in reporting processes, including proposing and implementing new tools or systems where needed.
  • Evaluate current data and reporting setup, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with internal or external stakeholders to streamline data workflows and improve accessibility of insights.
  • Utilize tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar to visualize and communicate insights effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with operations, marketing, and other key teams to improve overall business performance.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and support improvement initiatives using data.
  • Provide insights that support better decision-making across functions, not limited to marketing.

Strategy & Decision Support

  • Support the development of business strategies through data analysis and insights.
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise business narratives.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support key business questions and initiatives.
  • Assist in evaluating new initiatives, campaigns, and growth opportunities.
