Overview

  • The Senior Quality and Safety Inspector is responsible for monitoring, verifying, and ensuring compliance with food safety, quality assurance, hygiene, sanitation, occupational health & safety, HACCP, ISO 22000, and Dubai Municipality requirements throughout the Central Kitchen operations.
  • The role involves conducting inspections, monitoring critical control points (CCPs), verifying operational compliance, investigating non-conformities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe, legal, and high-quality food products.
  • WITH DUBAI EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
  • Conduct routine inspections of all production, preparation, packaging, storage,
  • dispatch, and utility areas.
  • Verify compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, Dubai Municipality, and company food
  • safety procedures.
  • Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs), Operational PRPs (OPRPs), and quality control
  • checkpoints.
  • Review production records, temperature logs, cleaning records, and monitoring forms.
  • Ensure raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products meet established quality
  • specifications.
  • Conduct receiving inspections for raw materials and packaging materials.
  • Verify product labeling, traceability, batch coding, and shelf-life controls.
  • Monitor allergen management and segregation practices.
  • Perform food quality evaluations and sensory inspections.
  • Create quality standards, SOPs, checklists.
  • Conduct daily hygiene inspections throughout the facility.
  • Verify implementation of SSOPs and cleaning schedules.
  • Monitor cleaning chemical usage, concentrations, and storage conditions.
  • Verify sanitation effectiveness through visual inspections and swab testing
  • programs.
  • Ensure pest control measures are effectively implemented and documented.
  • Monitor employee personal hygiene and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Certifications: PIC, HACCP Level 3, ISO 22000
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food manufacturing, catering, central kitchen, or food processing operations
  • Familiarity with Dubai Municipality food regulations
  • Pay: AED3,500.00 per hour
