Role Overview

Customer Service and Sales

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with purchases.
• Provide product information and recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet sales targets.
• Manage store promotions and loyalty programs.

Store Operations and Maintenance

• Replenish stock and maintain product displays according to company guidelines.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable.
• Monitor store equipment functionality and report issues promptly.

Team Support

• Support team members with daily tasks and during peak periods.
• Assist in training new associates and employees.
• Adapt to different roles based on store needs.
• Support the Store Manager with additional duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• FMCG, food, and beverage knowledge or experience is listed in the source requirements.
