The Store Associate supports smooth convenience-store operations and helps meet company standards and customer expectations.
The role is based at Circle K Mini Store in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE, and reports to the Store Manager or Leader.
Customer service and sales
- Greet customers, help with purchases, provide product information and recommendations, and handle concerns professionally, escalating when needed.
- Operate the cash register accurately, upsell and cross-sell products, and manage promotions and loyalty programs.
Store operations and teamwork
- Replenish stock, maintain displays, check inventory, report discrepancies, and follow safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Keep the store clean and organized; monitor equipment and report issues.
- Support teammates during daily tasks and busy periods, assist with training, adapt to store needs, and help the Store Manager as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic math and cash-handling abilities, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- FMCG and food and beverage; positive attitude and willingness to learn.
