Toda for Trading is an online platform developed in Qatar, designed to offer consumers access to products that are not readily available. Acting as a bridge between customers and suppliers, the platform enables users to browse, order, and track products with ease. Toda focuses on providing a seamless digital experience to meet the needs of its customers and enhance convenience in product procurement.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role , located in Doha, Qatar. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing in-depth product knowledge, facilitating transactions, and ensuring a positive consumer experience. Other daily tasks include maintaining inventory, addressing customer inquiries, and providing support to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Retail Sales and strong Product Knowledge.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
- Strong Customer Service capabilities to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is advantageous.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in sales or related fields are a plus.
- MUST HAVE OWN VISA

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
