Customer Service
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly way
- Help customers find clothes or fabrics they need
- Answer questions about sizes, prices, and styles
Sales Duties
- Promote products and suggest items (upselling)
- Achieve daily or monthly sales targets
- Recommend outfits or fabrics based on customer needs
Billing & Cash Handling
- Operate POS (billing machine)
- Handle cash, card payments, and receipts
- Prepare daily sales reports
Stock & Shop Maintenance
- Arrange clothes neatly in the shop
- Refill stock and manage inventory
- Keep the store clean and organized
Other Tasks
- Record customer details (for repeat business)
- Report problems or security issues to management
- Work in shifts (mall timings, weekends, holidays)
