Job Purpose
To provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers in selecting clothing and lingerie products, and ensure the store maintains high standards of presentation and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding suitable clothing and lingerie items.
- Provide product knowledge, styling advice, and fitting assistance to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and attractive product displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the store manager.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Uphold company policies, including confidentiality and customer respect.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous retail sales experience (preferably in clothing or lingerie).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport.
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends and lingerie fitting.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Asians Nationality Preferred.
