Automotive Sales Executives are sought for a showroom sales team in the UAE.
Candidate requirements
- Previous sales experience is preferred; automotive sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and customer relationship-building skills are sought.
- A confident, professional, target-oriented, and self-motivated approach is sought.
- Hindi or Arabic language skills are advantageous, not required.
- Candidates must be willing to work in a showroom and achieve monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom customers; understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Recommend suitable vehicles and present their features, specifications, pricing, and available options.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads; handle customer enquiries and objections professionally.
- Negotiate sales and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide customer service throughout the sales process.
Compensation and benefits
- Basic salary starts at AED 2,000 per month.
- The role offers commission, performance-based incentives, company-provided accommodation, and an employment visa.
