The employer is hiring Automotive Sales Executives for its automotive showroom team in the UAE.
Freshers with a strong interest in sales and experienced candidates are welcome.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements and budgets.
- Present vehicles and explain their features, specifications, and pricing.
- Generate new sales leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interest in automobiles and sales.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Previous sales or automotive experience is an advantage.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary and benefits
- Basic salary starts at AED 2,000, with pay listed as AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
- Sales commission and performance-based incentives are offered.
- Company-provided accommodation and employment visa are offered.

- Work is in person at an automotive showroom in the UAE.
